We used this company twice and it was awful.
1. Poor work quality: They installed our light fixtures and we had to pay for an electrician to re-install all of them because they weren't straight or flush. The electrician had no problem with either. When they repaired a small water mark on our ceiling, they had to redo it 3 times.
2. Slow: It took them 8 hours to install half our light fixtures. An electrician did all of them in 4 hours. When they repaired a small water mark on our ceiling, it took one week, not the quoted one day.
3. Do not follow best practices: They cut the wire of our chandelier to the exact height we said we wanted it, instead of the best practice of leaving a few extra feet in the event we want to lower it. We now have to rewire our chandelier.
4. Highly unprofessional: They show up late - and sometimes not at all - without informing us. They said they would do nothing to remedy the chandelier situation and threw a "fit" when we asked them to meet us half way.
