Liberty has employees whom are very good at scamming you and your insurance company for a lot of money, while they hire non-English speaking workers to paint, repair and "fix" the damage. However work is utterly poor quality and they do not care about restoring your place back to what it once was. Ike the rep, insulted our home, rarely returned messageswithin 48 hrs, completely neglegent and lied to our face multiple times.
The President himself is neglegent, rude, and showed zero concern for the unsettling borderline fraud his guys and office gals appear to practice. Stay away from Ike, and Olivia...both are undoubtedly working together (if still employed), attempted to sabatoge and refrain from ever detailing out prices, took months to call me back or send requested documents, etc..
I never received a "checks and balances" to guarantee no fraud or coercion was happening to make money off our insurance company. They were submitting to our insurance falsified documents to get more cash, then over charged and made things up on our invoice. Examples: Removed, painted, put back all base boards in 2 bedrooms downstairs and upstairs entire living area. 1) We don't have baseboards in basement rooms. 2) They didn't remove 1 baseboard upstairs, they taped them, then painted. 3) I had holes in walls, they did not repair at all, only the regular nail holes, but charged me for 2 holes (never happened). 4) charged for sheet rock when none was ever brought into home, sheet rock never got replaced.
We went to court and won. Ike, Olivia and the President were attempting to charge us over $3,700, we settled and they only received the initial amount we agreed to pay; based on documents and facts of what was done and what was NOT. ($2,000). Conclusion- We didn't allow them to bully us, and spending $800 on an attorney based on principle standing against unethical businesses practices, was worth every penny! The attorney earned his money, where Liberty attempted to just steal it. The companies exhibition of careless and inconsiderate behavior is beyond unacceptable. Be careful. Check all their documents. If able- GO SOME PLACE ELSE!
