    Actually, a realtor had hired them to build a new home that we purchased.

    We purchased a new home in August that Mario had built and, btw..., love it!
    As with any new construction, we had a problem the day before Thanksgiving. Water had flooded the master bedroom and garage.

    We sent Mario a text, this was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and he contacted us promptly and said he'd contact his plumber and, if the plumber wasn't available, he'd send someone himself.

    Well Nick Thelen, the plumber, was here before 8:00 and had the leak fixed by 9:00. Great guy!

    Oh, and Mario contacted us before noon and said he'd have someone out, at our convenience, to do repairs of the drywall that needed removing to fix the leak.

    Folks, he also does smaller jobs so if you need anything done, give him a shout.
