Roof Installation
Last year we had a 14'x16' cement patio installed next to the lanai. We would like to have a roof only installed over the patio and attached to the lanai. No enclosure or screen needed, only the roof to protect from the weather elements. I am retired, so I can be as flexable as I need to be. We are budgeted, so the price of labor and materials will hopefully fit in the budget. If it's more than we have budgeted, we will have to scratch the project.
