McGinnis Builders just replaced my roof. They were a pleasure to work with. Great communication and easy process. Melanie and Tyler were great. Good communication. Roof was done in one day. They had a great price with no haggling.

We got multiple estimates and they were all atleast $3,000 higher than McGinnis.

We had McGinnis Builders replace our roof shingles on 8-30-2022. Tim, the owner, came to the house for measurements and explained the work to be down and answered all our questions. Melanie, the office manager, was a tremendously helpful to pick the shingles and the color. She gave us addresses of previous jobs with our color shingles. That was a great help to verify our choice. She gave us a schedule and date for the job. It was completed on schedule. The crew was hard working, organized, and cleaned the whole area was done. McGinnis group was extremely organized and gave me the best quote for my job. Highly recommend McGinnis and will keep their number for future jobs.

We had a great experience having our roof replaced this week . Great communication between McGinnis builders and us as to scheduling and necessary details . Our roof was replaced in one day and Tim”s crew did a nice job cleaning up! Thank you ! ????. Would be glad to give a referral !

I would give 0 starts if I could. I purchased a new build home from this builder. This builder appears to be a good person in the beginning. He promised a lot and did not finish those promises. Unfortunately it was verbal and not in writing. He is a pathological liar. Cant respond to emails in a timely manner. Doesn't return phone calls. The day of closing he stole the keys to the property after all paperwork had been signed and the house was mine. Refused to bring the keys back and my attorney's assistant had to go get them from his house. Refused to fix minor issues with the house. A month into living in the home and the A/C repair man came out and found Trash, Yes Trash in the Vents. I have found branches from trees in the walls. Almost two months into living in the home and the brand new refrigerator is still not fixed. The screens were supposed to be installed 1-2 weeks after closing. The screens were delivered to my house a couple days after closing and sat on my front porch for over month with multiple requests from me to have them put in. His son is his realtor and is probably worse. He has zero respect for woman or people that have served this country (pretty said because he claims to be a veteran himself). I am a female, disabled service connected veteran and was treated like dirt from this builder and his son. He is rude and hangs up on me. I could keep going on about how UNPROFESSIONAL this company is. Just stay away from this company and find a different builder.
