We are still waiting for a tombstone to be delivered for my late father-in-law from 8/24/2013. My wife and mother-in-law have contacted this company numerous times and have only been met with excuses and false delivery dates.
I called this company today and was informed that the owner had contacted my mother-in-law today about delivery dates. Of course when my mother-in-law was asked about this she said she had not been contacted.
I have submitted a complaint with the BBB regarding the non delivery of service by this company. I would advise on anyone that is considering this company for their memorial needs to steer clear as the heartache and frustration will just add to a trying time. Myself and my family are disgusted that we can not move forward with our grief due to this company lack of compassion or business ethics.

Never deal with these individuals. I'm having just as much trouble as everyone else. My mother's stone was purchased and paid for on 4 /1/2015. Here we are over one year later and no stone. They will no longer return my calls. I also get transferred over to an answering service that works out of Miami, Florida and was getting return calls from people they hire to work from home returning phone calls posing as employees of the company. Be careful. Lifestone By Stefan owns 16 different memorials in my area alone.
