Hired him to do a job. He showed up to do it and said he would not do part of it. He did not offer to reduce his price. I proceed anyway (stupidly) He left, his employee did a sloppy job. When I questioned him about it he demanded to be paid before he would do anything else. He did 1/2 the jo and demanded to be paid almost as much as the other bid I had. Be careful.
