This is a terrible contractor. They built a duplex that I purchased. I have been here 8 months and have had leaks, electrical issues, plumbing issues, etc. although my home is only 8 months this builder has not honored the builders warranty. I have made several attempts since October for him to fix issues and he refused. He lacks integrity. I had to have professionals come behind him and correct issues that his poor workmanship has caused.
