Allan the owner or GC of Lighthouse Enterprises hired unlicensed trades , won't fix the damage his sub trades have done is referring sub trades and then denying he ever referred them to the sub trade themselves . Lighthouse is a company that is in litigation and will soon have a court case in Summit County for damaging property and refusing to repair the damage and refusing to file the case with his insurance . I have found and I have actual proof of the lies that Allan has messaged although he clearly doesn't recall. He has wasted time , money and stress and I as this client can confirm that another client she had referred has also communicated that they over charged and did poor craftsmanship . I would strongly advise to contact his past customers and or look on Nextdoor in Summit Park to find out more . I will update the case as it plays out this year either in court or in arbitration . Also, the Allan the owner was threatening his client that she was not to speak fraudulently or besmirch his name , but the truth is the truth and the evidence will come to light . I advise to proceed with extreme caution or you to may end up unsatisfied or having to spend money out of pocket for attorneys and the repairs to prevent further damage.

Allan Thronsden of Lighthouse is an absolute fraud. Whatever you do, do not hire this clown to do anything on your home.
1. Hired to do a remodel project on my home
2. Bid starts at $250k and then as the work progresses, "costs" increase to $350k, then $450k, and then $600k.
3. I ask Allen to produce receipts of his "expenses" that validate $600k in costs and he get mad, walks off the job and then demands full payment.
4. Currently in litigation with Lighthouse and wouldn't you know it-- I have 12 other home owners who have contacted me regarding similar problems on their projects:
#1-- Use of unlicensed contractors
#2--Shoddy, defective, and poor workmanship-- doesn't pass inspection
#3- Inability to produce receipts to validate expenses
#4- Tens of thousands (hundreds of thousands in my case) of work that needs to be redone.
Bottom Line-- They ALL regret hiring Allen.
I know of three different lawsuits against this clown right now.
