    Lillian Custom Home has Sold the Home that I had them built for me! at 100 Prairie Clover Dr., Waxahachie, Texas 75165; in Ellis County; Oak Vista Phase ll; Lot: 9; Block: B; It the 38160 Caribbean; C Stone;
    I Immediately Informed Lillian Custom Homes, That the Home at 100 Prairie Clover Dr., and also Three other Homes that the Foundation was Laid the same day had the same Problem! But not as Bad, as the one on 100 Prairie Clover Dr., Waxahachie, Texas 75165;
    I also Informed Lillian Custom Homes, and ask that they stop the work! So I can get someone to Inspect the Foundation before they start Framing the Home. One week later, Lillian Custom Homes, Rush and had the Home Frame, without giving me the Opportunity to hire someone to Inspect the Foundation.
    Lillian Custom Homes, Finish the Built and Sold it without, letting the new Buyers know that it Had or May Be Ledge, to Have Foundation Issues…, In Texas: The state of Texas does not require that foundation issues be fixed before selling your home; however, state laws do mandate that you must let any potential buyers know that your home has existing foundation problems. In this Case, Lillian Custom Homes was Immediately Informed about the Problem and Hit it. Not only on Property But Three other one in the Same Neighborhood.
    And We Are Talking About HAIRLINE Cracks, But We Are Definitely Talking About MAJOR CRACKS…

    Lillian Custom Homes have been Lying about the Home they Building for me at 100 Prairie Clover Dr., Waxahachie, Texas 75165; in Ellis County; Oak Vista Phase ll; Lot: 9; Block: B; It the 38160 Caribbean; C Stone; This would have been my Dream Home! At my age I want it to be my Best, It’s not my first. I am not Young Anymore and I decide to go South to Build this Home. This Home should have been the first Built out there, in Oak Vista Phase ll. We kept running across Problems, and after the Problem was correct. Lillian Custom Homes finally Broke Ground and Started the Built. I made it my job to go out there one a week to see and take Pictures on how things are coming along. Lillian Custom Homes call once a week and give me an update at what is going on. Lillian Custom Homes call me and let me know that they have pulled the Concrete for the Foundation, At that time I Decided to wait a couple days before I go out there to see it. The day I Decided to go and do my Weekly Check! That’s when I Realized that it is something Definitely Wrong! After I have seen many Foundation Laid before with was Nice and Smooth, I then Realize that someone after the Concrete has dried, someone Laid Fresh Concrete over Like they were Hiding Something! I Then Notice a Crack Coming from Under what they thought they where Hiding, At that, I Really Start Looking around Seeing More and More Cracks, Not “HAIRLINE CRACKS” BUT Major CRACKS That go all the way Down, I Mean Down to Ground, Hairline Cracks do not go down to the Ground. And I do mean all over this Foundation. So I star Taking Pictures and call the Office to see where she in (Lady that was over the Area) I went to her Office and Explain to her that we have a Problem and I also told her don’t let them do anything else until we get somebody to look at the FOUNDATION FIRST. One Thing She Told Me That! “I Don’t Have To Worry” Because I Have 10 Years WARRANTY on the FOUNDATION’, Lillian Custom Homes Inform BBB that the Foundation was Inspect, I just wrote to the Better Business Bureau; and I ask who? Was the INSPECTOR! “Ray Charles” and if so did he leave his White Stick with the Red Tip at Home.Because There’s No Way Anyone That can See PASS that FOUNDATION WITH THE CRACKS it has, you can be the Judge! just come and look at the Pictures for yourself. THIS WAS MY DREAM HOME and I am seeking the IMMEDIATE REPAYMENT of both my earnest money and option deposits paid in good faith

    We bought a Lillian home in Bluebird Meadows in Dec 2015. We survived miscommunications, unclear expectations, unfilled promises, poor administration and shoddy craftsmanship. Despite it all, we truly like our house. But after living there for about 6 months, we discovered that the condensate line running from the A/C in the attic was connected to nothing. It drained into the interior wall space, soaking out and causing house and furniture damage. They did come and fix the line and repair the house damage.
    But we've now been waiting 7 weeks for them to address the furniture damage with no response from them. I have a media room that I can't put back together because of ruined furniture. I have sent them photos and receipts.
    We love our house, but I have to say: there are many different builders out there - make sure you choose one with integrity.
