Former Skowood customers who were acquired by Lilly Pools in Downingtown. My husband just called to discuss some issues with the opening of our pool that required us to make three trips to the pool store to fix ourselves. We left for vacation almost immediately after the pool was opened and didn't notice the problems. The woman who answered the phone said regarding our issues that they wouldn't do anything about it because we "waited two weeks to bitch about it". Run far and run fast from this company.
