Very dishonest person.
I was out of town when A/C in upstairs failed in my rental property.
He added Freon (charged me $380) to this unit...a week later same problem. I found the run capacitor at the evaporator failed. So I replaced the capacitor myself since was was back in town.
When I called him to repair the upstairs A/C I asked him to check the Freon at other downstairs working A/C unit...no problem at all., but a week later this A/C Freon was leaking like crazy. He came back to recharge the Freon and asked me to pay for it. I found that he did some damage to the nozzle which caused the leak.Overall I paid him about $580 and the root cause was really a failed run capacitor at the evaporator!!!
Stay away from this company!!!

I am impressed. When I called Lin's AC, they asked me some questions about my AC, then told me what could happened and how do they want to fix. they scheduled check-up and came to me home so fast. Mr. Lin is very professional and he detected root cause right away. He is very honest and provided me very reasonable rate after works. Lin has earned a customer for life and on top of that I will be highly recommending them to anyone in need. Do not hesitate to bring Lin out for fair pricing and rock solid work.
Finally, Lin warranty deduction of service charge of this time if called next. That's double the norm.

Very terrible experience with LIN AC and refrigeration LLC. My AC stopped working back in March, called Lin AC, they told me it was the compressor's problem. the compressor needed replacement. I, residing remotely, and gave them permission to replace the compressor, was charged $1300, invoice also included Freon replacement, one year parts and labor warranty.
While after only a couple of months, tenants called me again said AC unit doesnot cool off, keep running all day. Called back Lin's AC, very bad attitude, said because it was too hot. Asked me to call only if unit shutsdown.
After a couple of weeks, I found out the electricity bill of my tenants was 50% more than my neighbors who are living in the same size house and with AC full usage, as the neighbors are home all the time. called Lin's again, refused to attend. So I called one company from Homeadvisor referral. They came to investigate and asked me to call the contractor that replaced compressor, which was Lin, and they claimed that whoever replaced compressor, didn't replace the drier filter, and it is very dirty, etc.
I called back Lin's AC, said his worker who replaced the compressor didn't do a good job. Lin's AC owner said he would go take a look. I made 3 way calling and set the appointment for Lin and my tenant. While Lin called me back about the appointment said it was not their problem. I asked then what problem it is since the unit kept running nonstop all time. He said, Don't call me if it is not compressor problem. I asked, how do you know it is not compressor problem? Matter of fact, my tenant never saw him and how could he get into the complex without calling my tenant to get into the gate? So Obviously he didn't go to the house at all. He didn't tell me any of the feature of the AC unit. If he had been there, or was there, he should have known all.
Lin was very rude to me, and told me he is not touching the AC any more. I said there is one year parts and labor warranty. He said "you should call me first." But the fact was I had called him twice a couple of weeks apart, both times you refused to go and see. and the third time, he was still not present even though pretended to.
So I strongly warn everyone, Do not use this company.
