Found Littleton Construction on the internet searching for a company to remove the concrete floor in the garage and pour new concrete also pouring a concrete front porch. Two other concrete companies told us they would be laughed at for requesting a bid from their firm for such a small job as they would never have time for it. I then found LC and a price was quoted with a start date for the job in less than 7 days. Their promise was fulfilled and the timing of workers and concrete was perfect, no time wasted.
I inquired if they could replace the "warehouse lighting" in my basement with a lighting I chose. This involved the removal, new lighting, some dry wall repair, and painting. The answer was in the affirmative. One of the other rooms also needed dry wall repair and painting and was included with the bid. As before the job was performed to perfection as well as on time.
I inquired if they could add electrical outlets with an addition to the electrical panel outside. This was to serve kitchen appliances to my basement. Also included new dry wall behind the appliances. This was not simple and as before the job was performed to perfection as well as on time.
Littleton Construction also assembled and replaced my front entrance storm door, assembled rolling table for my kitchen, assembled cabinets for my kitchen and hung them, and made several other home repairs.
In all definitely 5 STAR. All promises kept and invoicing easy to follow.
