Failure to provide services as agreed upon based on submitted bids. Bids for residential concrete and construction work were submitted on February 11, 2015. In late March 2015, Mr. Litton started telling me that concrete would be delivered that week, then the next week, and then the next week, etc. Mr. Litton continually mis-represented the construction process and delivery of products. The framing for the concrete pad was done but not in accordance with the bid specification nor with county code. On April 17, 2015, he asked for 50% of the negotiated price because the concrete was going to be delivered the next Wednesday at 1:00 and the construction materials had been ordered for delivery the same day. As of June 2, 2015 neither concrete nor construction materials have been delivered. I am trying to get my deposit refunded through legal processes.
