  I concur with other reviews.
  Someone brought Angelo to me to do simple pavement work. Angelo is a professional liar. I paid him a deposit in May.
  He would never call me to schedule time for the work. Instead, I had to chase him for 4 months. He always said - I promise I will
  call you tomorrow. Never called. It was so disrespectful. I started worrying. I tried to enter his website address, but it was a fake.
  I started looking at other resources and found all this information that he was in jail 2 times for scamming people, for bad checks.
  Then I found all those horrible reviews. I was devastated because I had an experience with scammer before. I called the person who brought him to me. Only after this Angelo started the work. He would drag out the work, I am sure he would scam me as well.
  The quality of work was very mediocre despite claiming he had 40 years of experience, left a mess, did not clean as promised. I have to clean by myself. Such a liar, disgraceful. Noone on his team speak English, Angelo was not on the site most of the time, it was impossible to communicate and explain. Horrible experience overall! Would never recommend to anyone.

  Angelo's tactics are all too familiar – he makes empty promises and offers endless excuses, but never delivers. Hiring him was a grave mistake, and I deeply regret it. He's nothing but a thief who preys on unsuspecting homeowners.

  A quick Google search will reveal countless complaints from others who have fallen victim to his deceitful practices. Don't become another statistic! Save yourself the heartache and financial ruin by choosing a reputable landscaper who values their clients and upholds professional standards.

  Oh my God!! I wish I have read these reviews before contracting Mr. Crincoli, as I, too, have been scammed by him. He took a deposit, then asked for more money, and never finished the work. All this started in May 18, 2023. I have records of his texts of lies telling me every time I asked that he will finish. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

  I wish I had read these reviews before I hired him. If I could give minus stars I would. Same story. Took 50% deposit, did a little work, asked for more money, even dropped a few supplies and has not returned in 7 months. Again, heard every excuse. Do not hire this man

  Seven months of lies from the owner, Angelo Crincoli. He was paid $38,000 for a job that should have taken two weeks. He received every penny of his money owed. Now he’s left me with over $20,000 of unfinished work and damages, that have already been paid for. It even went so far as him receiving every penny for the job (because he is a smooth talker and I was suckered into feeling bad for him) and then telling me he cannot return because he has no money for materials and no money to pay his workers. So then I was stuck buying my own materials that have already been paid for He was asking for more money every few days. Seven months of him telling me his crew will be here in the morning, only to arrive with one guy that he drops off and picks up anywhere from one - seven hours later. Seven months of him telling me his crew will lay pavers, and I have never seen him show up with a “crew”. seven months of excuses such as the weather, the winter, he has to move, he has no truck, you name it. I heard the excuse. This man is a scam artist. I have no idea how he sleeps at night . He will easily take your money, doing minimal work with minimal workers. He will give you excuse after excuse on why he needs more money upfront, yet the job still goes unfinished. If there was an option for zero stars, he’d get it. Not only was every part of his project that he started in my yard left unfinished, he also destroyed parts of my property that should have never been touched. Too cheap to dispose of materials properly, he would pile pavers and dirt onto my front lawn for months. Leaving me with thousands of dollars of damage that he claimed would be fixed but never was. He will smooth talk you into giving him money upfront and promise you extras, that he will never be able to fulfill. This man is a FRAUD and a professional scam artist.

  Had a similar experience as others have posted on this site, wish I found the reviews earlier. Angelo is a criminal scam artist who has served jail time for ripping people off with his scam of taking deposits and never doing the work he was contracted to do. He has been stealing from the public for decades by pulling this scam. The public records on his legal mishaps are quite disturbing. We are pursuing criminal charges against him as well as a civil case to recover our stolen money. Hopefully he ends up back in jail once we have seen all of this through. Please do not hire him under any circumstances, he will lie to your face and steal your money without an ounce of guilt.

  Like others said, Angelo is a fraudster. He will give a lower than market quote, ask for full payment and never return to get the job done. Angelo runs Living Water Landscapes.

  This man is a criminal. He provided a contract and could not do the work when. When he asked for money and we said no, the contract does not require money until X is complete he said he cannot work like this and quit. Negative rating

  If it was possible to give this contract a 0 star, i would. He came to us in fall of 2021 and said he would be able to REDO our driveway within a few weeks. After he gave us these assurances, we hired him and he came and uprooted our entire driveway and demanded we give him 70% of payment at that time. We obliged and gave him that money and then he never showed up. For the first few months, we called him every other day and he kept saying, he is coming and he is waiting on the weather to clear up or the construction materials to be available and he would even promise to show up the next day to fix it and just never show up. Right after thanksgiving, he stopped taking any of our calls and has not been responsive since. Now we have a fully torn driveway, he left all that demo stuff right on my front lawn and hasn't returned. This is the worst kind of fraud. Do not hire him
