DO NOT USE LATA LAVAKA. He’s unreliable and his work is shoddy. He tore up our driveway and it took a month of broken promises and lies before the concrete was poured. It only happened after I contacted his concrete supplier directly to confirm the date. The edges of the driveway are crumpling. The work he did on a small wall in our front yard buckled and had to be torn out. We paid him for supplies to stain the driveway and start on our backyard. He continued to lie and show up only sporadically leaving our back patio broken, our back yard torn up, and our driveway un-stained. After 6 months we demanded he return payment for work that wasn’t completed. He showed up for his left behind tools but never paid us back. AVOID LATA LAVAKA.
