    New construction

    We purchased a townhome in Acworth that was being built by Milholland. At first, we were really pleased with the process. Unfortunately, we realized that our upstairs floors were not level. We reported this to Milholland as soon as we were moved in, and asked for something to be done to correct the problem. We moved in 10/2017 and it is now 8/2019 and it’s yet to be corrected. It’s unbelievable how hard it is to get a response from this builder. My advice to buyers is to have an inspection done before you close. We thought that since it was new construction, an inspection wasn’t necessary.....but it is!
