Paul Holland owes me $6000. I subcontracted some work for him and he has yet to pay me. It has been over a year. The contract was in his name, therefore the check made out to him. When it came time for him to pay me, he claimed that the IRS garnished his bank account and took the money. I had to pay my 2 employees out of my own pocket. He is a crook. If you still see this review .. know that he DID NOT pay me the money he owes me for 100% of the work i did in his name.
