  Siding

  I would not recommend Scott for any work. On my job he hired other people to do the work, one carried a weapon and put it in his belt. another asked how hard to hit a nail to drive it in. one person used my bathroom every day within fifteen minutes of arriving for work, until I told Scott. The job was supposed to take about two month's, it took about five. sometime Scott never called or did any work for over a week, it was outside and warm and sunny. Scott said that he had more work than he could manage. when Scott was here he talked on his cell phone or worked on thing's for other job's, however he didn't bother to take his trash when he left. I still have trash to pick up that he left.. I still have some painting to do that he was paid to do. When they left they took my ladder. I repaired some things that his people broke. (my deck) I have nail's scattered around my house. I did not call for reference's and I did not get other bid's. Scott did not give me the warranty information (papers) on the siding, Scott did not review the job before they left. Never Again Scott !!!!!!!!

  Logan & Sons took on the complete remodel of our home and took it from a dated one story 'lake cabin' to a modern two story home. The renovations went down to cinder block, which was really scary to see. The result, however, is incredible. Scott even made the design change to our plans that added just the right touch; as a master carpenter, he created a theme which is carried throughout the home in our kitchen, soffit, cabinets, sky lights, master bedroom, master bath and custom wood inlaid staircase.

  Scott does jobs of all sizes and is really talented. After hearing about nightmare contractors who changed prices or worst of all - started and then disappeared for days on end - this was a real relief. Could not have been smoother and we could not be happier with the quality of the work. We cannot recommend Logan & Sons highly enough, plus, this is a local Dexter business!
