    If we had contracted with Moon Longo to renovate a multi-story, multi-function building, our review would be the same.
    Before selling an historic building, we needed to repair the uppermost section of a column. Sounds simple if solution is cosmetic. Thorough sampling of the wood led to definition of extent and identification of cause.
    Mr. Longo never considered a superficial "fix" to the building's problem -- not our problem. We recognized in him a genuine respect for the building and the man who had built it for his family.
    Mr. Longo was on point about how long the repair would take, when he could do the work, what his fee structure is for labor and materials.
    He called in advance to say when he would be there; he came when he said he would; and the cost was not a surprise. We defy anyone to tell which column was repaired. Amazing work and professionalism.
