    I used and continue to use Gino Longo. I run 7 Self Storage facilities and always work with Architects for various projects. I cannot say any architect I have worked with is great all around. However, out of the several I work with, Gino is pretty darn good. He is responsive to questions asked and he gets drawings done within a reasonable time period. He has offices in both Queens and the Bronx. I work with another Architect for one of our buildings in Staten Island, and I can truly say that he sucks. Never has the answers, never responds to emails without multiple calls and cannot conduct himself well with Plan Examiners. Gino on the other hand does get things done and he is very reasonably priced. I can tell you that Gino does not know how to maneuver sometimes when it comes to trying to get something done that is not exactly initially approvable with the DOB. However, you definitely pay for this expertise, but when needed he's the guy. Straight forward work, Gino is very good.
