Saul did paver ribbons on either side of a single wide driveway to expand parking to two cars in summer of 2014 and at the time I felt his price and work were great. By February of 2015 the pavers have started to shift and sink. I have tried to get Saul to come back out several times and discuss fixing the issue. I tried to send pictures, yet he claims the problems were part of the original pavers (which he did as well). I have asked numerous times for him to come out personally to discuss and he refuses. When I spoke to him to try to convince him to come out, he complained that I told him I was going to lodge a complaint if he was not going to come out - he told he to "do what you are going to do" and hung up on me and will not respond any longer. I am disappointed with Saul standing behind his work and lack of response.
