We had a foundation crack and water and mud were coming into the basement. We had multiple people out to look at the project and most of them apparently had no idea what was causing the problem, much less how to fix it appropriately.
Called Lorenzo and he came over ON A SUNDAY! Looked carefully at the situation. He determined what the issue was and came up with a plan to repair it. He was so responsive to my texts and calls. He thoroughly described what his plan was plus the time frame and cost.
He and his crew came, did the repair, and came in UNDER the estimate! The job was completed very smoothly and the result is a huge peace of mind knowing that the problem is corrected and will not return. I smile every time I go past their work.
I can not recommend Lorenzo strongly enough. The best I can leave here is 5 stars but he deserves 10, without a doubt! Fabulous to work with!!!!
