Pam at Lousberg Contracting is a true professional and did a great job replacing the roof on my house last year after the July 1 hailstorm. She is very experienced in both the roofing and insurance side of these situations. She also provides good advice on selecting the proper shingle with many samples.
Her crew, Jose, are extremely hard working, very conscious of your property and do a great job of cleaning up after the job is done. Pam and her crew do what they say they will do and did my roof in one day as promised.
The extra service Pam provides is she handles all the communication directly with your insurance company so you don't have to get in the middle with the money flow and settlements.
Pam also insists on being on the roof at the same time as the adjuster from your insurance company so they both come up with the same damage and dollar amounts to repair the damage.
Bottom line, I was very satisfied with Pam's work and had her do two of my neighbor's roofs also.
