Verydisorganized. Left major parts of quite off, which jacked the price up considerably. Horrible communicator. Didn’t know how to cap off plumbing and ended up flooding into my basement. Didn’t replace insulation when they repaired the drywall. Painted patch doesn’t match. Covered an electrical outlet in my kitchen which is against code and is refusing to address it. Didn’t get the frosted glass I ordered. Didn’t get the closet organization I ordered. Treat your space like crap while working and are ultimate frat boy slobs. Poor sub floor prep in an area so my brand new LVP is spongy in one spot and hard right next to it so it will wear unevenly. Not responding to my texts and calls. Will be reporting to the BBB and the county for the fire code violation with the electrical outlet. I’d give them a zero if I could.
