Do not hire this company - they installed the heat pump in my new house and the drain pan in the attic leaked water all summer and ruined my hallway. When i discovered the leak they came out and said the drain pan was cracked and i would have to pay full price to replace it. They replaced it and upon further inspection the drain pan wasn't cracked at all - they had installed it improperly. The workers from his company all agreed it was an installation problem and not a cracked drain pan. Chip collins would not accept responsibility and insisted on charging me full price for an unnecessary installation of a problem they had created by not installing a pvc drain pipe properly. Charged me $250 for 30 minutes work - and most of that time was spent trying to find a crack in the old drain pan that didn't exist. Do not hire low country for your heating and cooling job.
