We don’t recommend Farr Built Homes (Lowell Farr) unless .... you want to go check on your house 2-3 times daily to catch mistakes that they don’t catch because they only go out to the worksite if something is wrong. If you want to have a contractor that doesn’t respond till late at night or when you have problems find out they are out of town again hunting and left no one in charge.. If you want to be charged $7,000 more on permits than it actually cost. If you want them to put a roof on your house with an inexperienced roofer that voids the manufacture warranty.. this list goes on!

The home I live in was built by this company. I moved in over 10 years ago and have not had any problems or concerns with the construction of the home. Any time I have needed assistance or follow-up on an appliance (water heater) or wanted information on the home, I have been able to contact someone in the group and they have promptly come and assisted with whatever I need. I will be looking to purchase a home in the future and will likely go through Farr Built Homes (Lowell Farr Construction) to either build or remodel. I will choose them because the home I live in really feels like a home. It is warm, safe, and easy to live in. I also have really liked all the homes that have been posted on their website (farrbuilthomes.com) and gets me excited to see what they have done more recently.
