These guys are Great. Louis was so responsive and had his crew onsite repairing the damage from our busted water pipe in no time. The professionalism not only by Louis and his whole team was superb. Our PM David that Lou sent was quick and very thorough in getting his crew lined out and on task.
All the Men that came to the property were courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend LRG as one of the best in the business. -

Recently during the worst storm I asked Louis if LRG could possibly tarp a garage roof in San Bruno. It was a last minute call and the garage already leaked once during the last storm. Louis said they could be there in the early afternoon! I was thrilled with the immediate response, not only were they there on time but actually wound up patching the seam that was leaking instead of just tarping. I would have had to worry about patching after the storm but Louis and team were able to take care of the whole job in one visit!
I've already lining up more projects for LRG that our company will need accomplished this year. These are the contractors that you want to and enjoy working with!

Had to reach out to the project manager about everything, he didn't communicate anything without my asking including when his crew would be showing up. Some items I had to ask multiple times before receiving an answer (budget for the flooring and the vanity)
Was told by the project manager they would be building the vanity but was later told they would be purchasing one instead but no communication regarding that
Was told the floors would be done after the bathroom was completed but the floors were put in over a week before the bathroom was completed
Parts of the floor feels like there's space between the pad and the floor
The day they put in the vanity, there was an emergency of some kind forcing them to shut the water off to the building I live in (thankfully just a handful of units per building). I received no call, no text, no communication of any kind. I found out about it because my ring camera picked up my neighbor talking with one of the guys doing work which prompt led me to call the project manager to find out what happened. After the guys left that day (2/18), one of the guys came back for reasons unknown, left my front door open and one of my cats went out the front door. The crew was gone, my son came by to let the cats out of my room as I keep them in my room while the construction is going on. When I called the pm to ask if his guy was able to get my car back inside I was given more than one story about what happenwd; 1st pm said the guy took the key by mistake and needed to bring it back. When I told the pm he went inside, he changed his story to they guy came back to do something and didn't know the cats had been let out. But again, he didn't contact me
PM noticed the vanity didn't come with a backsplash & pointed it out to me. After seeing it when I got home, I agreed it needed a backsplash and told the PM this and asked him to order it. Got pushback saying "I ordered what you sent me". I understand that but I don't work in construction, I've never had to remodel a bathroom, I don't know what's needed and what isn't so I feel that expecting a little guidance in what I need to select would have been extremely helpful
Didn't fill nail holes before painting
Didn't sand down the seam between the old dry wall and the new before painting so now the seam is visible
Painted over nails, hooks, picture putty
Had to ask for a 2nd coat of paint
Didn't sweep before leaving any day
Nice people but it felt like because my project is an insurance claim, the quality of work isn't there and my project isn't a priority for them in any way.
