Poor quality of work. No craftsmanship. paint where there’s not supposed to be paint, stickers left on windows, a hole in the floor that wasn’t there prior, several tasks that were paid for were never finished , completion date was months late, went weeks without working on project. Spent well over 100,000 on a renovation and got about 60k worth of work. For the price he charges go with a company that’s worth the money, I got day laborer quality work for a 150k renovation.
