I made a contract with him may 2022 to finish a house and to run permits and inspections for plumbing and framing six months later no plumbing permit pulled. He pulled a build permit buts done almost no work and I already gave him 4,850 for labour only i spent several thousands on materials for him to by but not use. he acting like I havent done my part. IM Just following the contract he printed and he complains lies and steals he has no regard for the money I spent on him or the time I waste he might be racist considering he does to do ok work for other sometime but with me he thinks I'm ignorant some u can take advantage of So I'm forced to sue him.

He took 10 k from me I paid him 3 installations and he never came back to finish. He has only completed1/2 the work. He keeps saying he will come back but he doesn't and no explanation as to why. He came highly recommended by a friend but he is putting me into significant debt because now I need loans to hire someone else. I have filed a complaint with the state but that seem to be taking forever
