House was supposed to close in September. We finally closed Dec 3rd. It is now mid May and the work that had not been done at closing is still not done and there are new issues... water under the door with the recent rains is a big one.
He, or his staff schedules someone to come fix things, they often don't come at all or don't have the supplies to do the work.
No communication or follow thru. The Veteran working for Veterans doesn't hold water any better than my front door.
