Lucero's Roofing re-roofed our 2-story duplex in the McKinley Park area of East Sacramento. Built in 1927 it's clay tile material was originally made by Gladding-McBean Co. of Lincoln, Ca. Eric Lucero worked with this local firm for our project to maintain its original Mediterranean look. He kept me updated with each phase. He explained the replacement of some plywood and salvage of other; necessity of new metal flashing; seamless gutters; and the addition of roof vents. His workers quietly & diligently worked in a professional manner. Eric Lucero takes pride in his work as is shown on our project & others we first looked at. I highly recommend this company for the quality and diligence of their work as well as communicating well with his client - me.
