Michael was our project manager for our ADU, and working with him was a really positive experience. From the start, he took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and helped us plan a design that fit both our needs and our budget. He was always available to answer questions, explain the process, and suggest ideas we hadn’t thought of, which made a big difference in how the ADU turned out.
During construction, there were a few unexpected challenges, like material delays and adjustments to the layout, but Michael handled everything professionally. He stayed on top of the crew, made sure the work was done carefully, and kept us updated at every step so we never felt out of the loop.
The finished ADU is beautiful and functional. Every detail feels thought out, from the layout to the finishes, and it truly feels like a part of our home now. Having Michael manage the project made the whole experience much smoother, and we feel really lucky to have worked with him. The ADU turned out even better than we imagined and we’re thrilled with how it looks and works for our family.
