Miguel and his crew are, hands down, the absolute best of the best.
My boyfriend and I initially found Miguel on NextDoor while looking for a contractor to completely renovate my boyfriend's condo. Miguel responded extremely promptly to our inquiry for an initial meeting and provided a very reasonable estimate faster than any of the other contractors we spoke to. Once the work started, he stuck to his timeline and financial estimate to get all work done. He was in constant communication with us with updates, questions and pictures even while we were out of the country, and ran every change or suggestion for improvement past my boyfriend prior to proceeding.
Not only is Miguel very professional, extremely well priced, kind, honest, and respectful, but he is also knowledgeable about essentially everything related to home improvements and repairs. He was meticulous with his work and made sure that everything was perfect. Additionally, he was very respectful of the neighbors and wary of noise levels or any other problems which a massive home renovation project might possibly incur for condo neighbors. We can't imagine going to anyone else for our house projects, large and small.
