A company doing business as Pro 1 Air installed a Trane AC unit for me. Their tech destroyed a major piece of the system. The company told me they would replace the item. It has been 8 months and they still have not replaced the item. I have documentation of the item being destroyed and the 8 months of going back and forth with the companies owner Curtis Wilder who piggy backs Mark Shelton's license to operate. I'm not sure if Pro 1 Air is a registered fictitious name with the state or not.
