I would not recommend Mr. Maksymowicz for any project. He required several attempts at plans before he produced a plan that was acceptable and according to what was asked. After the initial cost of the project, he kept adding his standard $1,000 extra for items like the contractor did not meet him at agreed time for appointment. The project ended up costing double what we agreed upon. When work was done, he drilled a hole, without asking permission, in one of the finished support posts when no one was home. When asked why, he just laughed and said he needed more money, an extra $1300, before he would sign off for the Letter of Completion for the work permit. In addition, I had to pay another architect $850 as he used her to draw up the plans as he did not pay her himself.
