Fredericksburg, VA 22407: >2500 square foot open space remodel contract to design and build a Mother-in-Law suite to include master bedroom with sitting area, massive walk in closet, and a luxurious bathroom. In addition, basement contract included a full [open concept] living room space, separate kitchen and dining room, separate arts and craft room, two [additional] walk in closets, two utility rooms with sinks and a laundry room for washer and dryer. Contract included comprehensive construction effort consisting of electrical, plumbing, heat/air duct work, framing, drywall, ceiling, floor and bathroom tile work, paint, carpet, door replacement and install, egress window/well installation and outdoor patio installation.
I would rate this company as one of the best I have ever experienced and give them a grade of 5 out of 5 stars; A+ Rating is an understatement. To be clear; the contract was ~$80K and I truly believe that the value of this companies work exceeded their cost; and I would not only hire them again, I would highly recommend them for anyone thinking of remodeling or finishing any portion of their home. Yes that's right, I would recommend them for any job you might have; most importantly, because they are experts at what they do, but its more than that; their employees [direct as well as subs] are hardworking, dedicated, professionals that understand the privacy of the home owner; but of most importance... they are all honest and trustworthy people; that I (without hesitation) allowed full access to my home; i.e., the job deration was ~5 months and not one time did I feel uncomfortable with any of their employees; on the contrary; they literally became part of the family; simply put... they are good down to earth people who; through experience, convey a level of confidence and trust that sets all of your concerns aside!
