Please whomever is reading this DO NOT use this contractor. We considered Michael Anderson to be a friend and trusted his work and we were sorely mistaken and suffered thousands in damages and losses. He is not licensed and bonded and sub contracts the majority of the work to other contractors. We had a master bathroom complete remodel with poor tile work, leaking plumbing and poor job site cleanliness. We found trash in our crawlspace, leaking vent piping and exposed electrical in the walls and ceiling. We found uncapped plumbing that would have drained into our crawlspace and non insulated water pipes in our crawlspace. We had constant issues throughout the project until we finally hired someone else to complete it. We were told the project would be 6-8 weeks and it took over 3 months to get the project partially and inadequately completed. We are having to do a lot of the finishing work ourselves because we simply cannot afford to hire anyone due to the losses from this blunder of a project.
