Manis requests you give them 90% of the money up front. Once you do that, they do as they please or what ever is convenient for their building process. We paid for some custom features that were never installed, got defective parts, missing some parts, and many, many promises that were never fulfilled. My advice to you, if they promise you something "get it in writing." No matter how 'nice' they seem, time is money and you are taking up their time.
Would never recommend them.
