    DO NOT HIRE THIS DECEIPTFUL PERSON.
    Based on a recommendation from another contractor, in 2013 my wife and I hired Pedro Rojel Lopez to put a new roof on my single family home, to replace the faulty one affixed in 2010 by Celco Construction (671283). Pedro used Manolis' CA State License (#878959). Within months the roof leaked; Pedro came to fix it on at least two occasions. In December 2014 the roof leaks again in three places. Pedro comes to see the damage and agrees to come back to fix it on Saturday, January 17. For three straight days he is a no show.

    I contact Manolo to let him know someone is using his license. He claims to be unaware of Lopez using his license. When I call back later, he doesn't answer. Now I am unable to reach Ramirez. They never pulled permits; installed a bad roof and reneged on their contract. It turns out Ramirez and Manolo may be closely related.
    On top of it all, Lopez put his 17 year old son up to speak with me directly instead of addressing the problem directly.

    Manolis allowed an unlicensed contractor to put a new roof on my house in 2013. Since then the roof has leaked to the point of us needing to put buckets to catch the water in at least three places. The worker refused to return to fix the problem. Manolo Israel Ramirez called me pretending to know nothing about someone using his license. This was a ruse. I researched and found his license expired in 2014. The guy is in cahoots with the worker who did the shoddy work on my roof. My wife and I filed a claim with the surety bond company. They informed us there are multiple claims and we may have to share the pittance of $12,500 with others. This person deserves zero stars.
