    Gut the house and redo.
    $375,000

    Defective construction. Failure to make appropriate repairs without charging over and over again for substandard work. Could not get it right the first time so would continue to charge T&M to fix their mistakes. Stuck with them as we thought it was the path to get the work done as swiftly as possible and just move on. Dumb us!

    We have about 50k worth of work to be ripped out and redone by another contractor. Certainly hope we have better results from the next!

    Do your due diligence. We thought we had. Beware!
