Experience working with this contractor was not good. Contract was to put in pipe to drain water from house to alley. Contractor put in pipe which did not drain water as planned. Poor design: water stayed in pipe but contractor initially did not feel this was a problem. Eventually, because I tested the system and complained, contractor dug up pipe and drain and re-did it. Sloppy management of work (left dug up electrical wire, connected and in bushes; extra material around yard, etc.). Wanted to be paid in full even though final work on site was not complete and was not coordinated properly. Contractor felt his work was done even though the installation of scuppers/downspouts to the drains was part of Contractor's complete plan.
Overall, I would not work with this contractor again.
