My wife and I contracted with Marc to build our dream home in what was going to be a new subdivision of 18 million dollar + homes in October 2018. It is now November of 2020 and all of the site work is still not completed. Not a single home has been built. Dont contract with Marc unless you have 5 years to get your house completed. Rumor has it that the engineering firm doesnt get paid properly so they walk off the job (3rd time since summer 2020),
Marc, the owner makes lots of promises but offers zero transparency and cant ever live up to commitments or promises.
We are so disappointed in this disaster.
We have finally succeeded in winning the Arbitration against Rutenberg and have confirmed the award with a judgement in Pinellas county in excess of $250.000
