He obtained a Laars Boiler from Dakota Supply and installed it without a permit or proper license. It only operated less than a month and quit operating so the radiant floor froze and ruined the tubing. He spent the winter down south, so We couldn't obtain service under any warrantee through Mark Maas Plumbing and Heating Of Annandale MN. The Boiler also developed a leak so a factory rep came out and stated it was installed incorrectly. Mark Maas has not stood behind his work so we had another contractor install a new boiler. That is when we discovered the floor leaks. Also due to the time waiting and covid issues, we had to install a different brand of boiler because there weren't any available.
