Mark installed my roof and has promised to fix my leaking roof, which is only three years old and should not be leaking. He sent one of his guys to fix the leak and all he did was caulk the ridge vent. The roof is still leaking and Mark has promised to sent someone else but that person never showed. I have called and left messages but haven't received any response. I have been dealing with this for 4 months. I wouldn't recommend Mark to anyone.
