Mark is extremely rude, unprofessional and does not adhere to his word. I was deeply surprised at his lack of attention to detail, his complete lack of effort, and his lack of organization. I lost thousands of dollars based on his work having to be redone, and he caused me hundreds in fines. I don't want to say for sure, but my grandmother's heirloom silverware also showed up missing the same day he came asking for more money and never showed back up. DO NOT HIRE THIS CRIMINAL!
