    We had Sierra West do an extensive remodel for us a couple of years back. The first few months went well, but then all down hill. He never did change orders, so we never knew what it would cost until after the work was done. He was rarely on the job to supervise and didn't have a foreman, so mistakes were made. Like many contractors, he billed out in front of his work and therefore lost interest in the end of the job stuff, because he couldn't continue to bill. Nice guy, but I would never use him again. Also he didn't pay all the subs what was owed, and they tried to come after us, even though we'd already paid him for their work.
