Unfortunately used this contractor twice in Charleston and had very bad experiences both times (but didn't know about the first until after I hired him a second time). Hired him first to fix a leaking toilette. Thought it was fixed, it wasn't, had to hire another plumber to come and actually fix it. Hired him a second time to fix some water damage on a ceiling. His sheetrock person was totally unsupervised, made a complete and total mess. Got paint all over the house, literally from my hose, across my front porch, up my interior stairs and into the bedroom where the repair was. And he painted the patched area the wrong color. Logan returned to clean up and fix the paint when I asked him to which I was ok with. Then he painted the patched area the incorrect color again. When I asked him to fix it he said he couldn't come out a third time without charging me. And the original repair was over $800 (which was more than it should have been to begin with). Logan is a contractor, supposed to be supervising his subs, hired to make sure the work is done well, jobsite is clean, paint color is correct, etc. etc. No supervision on my project. No accountability. Wasted a ton of my time and caused a massive amount of aggravation. Work is still not completed correctly but he had no problem taking and keeping my money. I absolutely would NOT hire Logan. Not a quality focused operation. You will regret any energy spent working with this person and based on my experience you will waste a bunch of money and not even get your problem fixed. There are a million other people you can hire ... avoid Marks of Quality IMO.
