I requested inside and outside work from this vendor. He indicated that if I prepaid, he'd give me a 20% discount. I prepaid $4,150.00. Thereafter, he started with excuses as to why he wasn't able to show up, i.e., my truck is in the shop, my truck broke down on the highway, I'm in so much traffic and will not be able to make it. I requested a refund and he said that he doesn't have the money that I gave him two weeks ago, but he can make a payment plan to give it back to me over time. Do not use Gary Ross as he isn't trust worthy. Caution before moving forward, I'm out of my money and I have to hire someone else and pay for the service once again.
