Had Shawn Marsh Of Marsh's construction build me a shed and a huge deck. The price I payed for the labor was nothing compared to the job when it was completed. I will recommend everyone to contact him for service.

Marsh's construction performed minor renovations for a small bathroom in my elderly mother's house. The work effort included replacing a drop ceiling with drywall and crown molding, removing existing flooring, installing new tile and base molding, and painting the room. The molding was installed poorly, had easily visible large chips and the screws used to secure it to the wall were protruding from the molding by 1/8" (they should have used finishing nails that were recessed with the holes filled). There were gobs of drywall mud and/or caulking on the wall and ceiling. The grouting for the tile was incomplete with several gaps were little or no grout was installed and worse yet, a box of nails was left on one piece of tile with the claim he was not happy with how it was setting so the box of nails was left to hold it in place. When the box was removed several days later, we noticed the tile was cracked! Many calls were made to Mr. Marsh asking him to return and finish the job. Calls were not returned. Nothing has been done to date (many many months later). A claim was made to the BBB - unfortunately, they had to close it as he never responded to them either. He took advantage of an elderly woman. The quality of his work is poor based on this experience.
